Susan C. Nightingale, CPA

  Mrs. Nightingale is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Texas. She received her BBA in Accounting from Sam Houston State University in 1978. A member of the firm since 1978, Mrs. Nightingale has serves as Audit Manager.

  Mrs. Nightingale's public accounting experience includes tax compliance for individuals, and corporations, and accounting and auditing services for entities such as industrial manufacturers, automobile dealerships, title companies, environmental services companies, oil and gas well operators, hotels, school districts, municipal utility districts, and various non-profit entities. She has also been involved in special projects that include efficiency and performance audits for county offices, for the Resolution Trust Corporation on a failed savings and loan association and staff training for clients' accounting personnel. Mrs. Nightingale also has experience in litigation services and has served as an expert witness and as a consultant on both domestic relations and business litigation cases. Her litigation work has included tracing and characterization of expenditures, investigation of possible fraud, and possible breach of fiduciary duty.

  Mrs. Nightingale is a member of the AICPA, TSCPA, and the Houston Chapter of the TSCPA.

  Mrs. Nightingale and her husband Steve live in Conroe.  They have three children, Natalie, Stephenie and Nicholas. She enjoys sewing, boating and photography in her spare time.
