Lucinda L. Marshall, CPA
Mrs. Marshall is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in
the State of Texas. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration in
Accounting from Sam Houston State University in 1981. Mrs. Marshall is a Senior
Accountant with extensive accounting and auditing experience,
and has been with the firm since early 1983.
Mrs. Marshall has more than twenty years of experience in
business and public accounting. Her public accounting
experience includes tax compliance for individuals,
corporations, and trusts. She is also experienced in audit field
work on opinion engagements for entities such as automobile
dealerships, banks, industrial manufacturers, title companies,
restaurants and hotels, environmental services companies, oil
and gas well operators, municipal utility districts, and various
types of non-profit entities. Special projects include analysis
and reconciliation for the Resolution Trust Corporation on a
failed savings and loan association, and an efficiency and
performance audits for county offices. She has done extensive
staff training for various companies with newly implemented
software. Additionally, her experience includes litigation
support in domestic relations regarding asset tracing and
characterization, and investigative work in business litigation.
Mrs. Marshall is a member of the AICPA and the TSCPA, including
membership in the Houston Chapter of the TSCPA.
Mrs. Marshall and her husband, Thad, reside in Conroe. They have
one son,
Zach. In her leisure time,
she works with her husband on restoring classic cars and
motorcycles.
